EBDG Annual Retreat 2025: A Culture of Collaboration and Growth

From the opening welcome by leadership to morning team activities, the retreat centered on fostering community and connection. Sessions such as Workplace Etiquette and What I Need From You encouraged open dialogue and stronger communication across departments.
The Why EBDG? session reminded us of our shared purpose and the impact we create together. Team-based workshops and breakout sessions allowed everyone, from project managers to designers, to exchange ideas, align goals, and learn from one another. This purposeful agenda reinforced our belief in emphasizing the team over the individual and sharing credit for every success.
